We make all our microphones as a custom order. The component parts are customised or specifically created and are not returnable if you change your mind. However, we do guarantee the workmanship of all our products for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of receipt. 

 

If your item arrives faulty you have 14 days to notify us and we will offer to replace your product or refund the entire costs of your purchase including postage.

 

For all accessories, the normal 14 days from receipt of goods applies. Please request our cancellation form so we can issue a returns code. You have a further 14 days to return the goods in an unused condition. We will issue a full refund including return postage.

 

If we deem that a product has failed due to improper use, we will offer to repair or replace the faulty parts at your cost. We will advise you in writing as to the nature of the repair and expected times / costs associated with its delivery.

Conforms to European EMC directive 89/336/EEC: Professional Audio Products Standard EN 55103 (1996); Part 1 (emissions) and Part 2 (immunity). Inari Audio microphones are intended for use in environments E1 (residential) and E2 (light industrial). It meets the applicable tests and performance criteria found in the standard for these environments. EMC conformance is based on the use of screened connecting cables.
